  2. You may be prompted to "Run" the program. Please proceed to "Run".



  3. Click "Next".

  4. Click "Next".

  5. You will need to provide a password to the HelpDesk so as to securely connect to your computer. Please enter the password.

  6. Click "Finish" to start the installation.

  7. Provide the "Your ID" and Password to the HelpDesk.
  8. Remote Support software is now installed.
